The people of West Virginia demand an expedited explanation of what exactly happened to HB 4345!  West Virginia patients are tired of being chemicalized by big pharmaceutical companies! We have the right to obtain cannabis from a dispensary at a realistic cost. Also, states with medicinal cannabis have seen a 25% decrease in overdose rates. Further more, we demand an explanation of how one man (Tim Armstead) can be so unprofessional, unethical, and have the power to stop a bill that the Senate already approved!

Being that it takes 3/5th's of the members of the house to urge and by proclamation of the Governor a special session can be held. So we demand that this special session gets held immediately!  

We the people of West Virginia do hereby call on you to authorize a special session so that HB 4345 can be reconsidered. Our reasoning for this request is to follow proper procedure, considering the bill was on the third reading and no action was taken.
