I want to thank all of you for supporting my efforts to stop eBay from selling pill presses, powder bases and die stamps to mark counterfeit pills. I want to make it clear that I am not accusing eBay of selling Fentanyl, rather every other component to produce pills. The synthetic Fentanyl analogs are coming from China, Mexico and Canada, with a high percentage coming through the mail. It is legal for them to market pill presses. Every pill press sold is supposed to be reported to the DEA, with information on the buyer so that a visit to their home or business can verify they are using the press for a "legitimate" use. Some people make their own vitamins. But there is no law against the stamps. These stamps can have markings for percocet, xanax, and more. I think amidst the very deadly Fentanyl epdemic that no one should have access to a pill press, no one should be selling stamps of pharmaceutical drugs, and eBay needs to monitor its sellers. The DEA also needs to verify all the sales of presses through eBay distributers.
