Thanks all for your support. We don't have access to all homeopaths emails in Ontario however, we have tried our best to put it under everyone's nose so that they can support the issue should they see it important. We certainly do because the top two objective of the Health Regulation Protection acts states this: Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 The Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA), which came into force on December 31, 1993, and was amended in June 2007, provides a common legislative framework under which all regulated health professions in Ontario must function. Currently 28 health professions (26 fully regulated, 2 transitional as of April 1, 2015) are regulated under the RHPA. The underlying objectives of the RHPA are: • To protect the public from harm and from unqualified, incompetent or unfit providers; • To promote safe, high quality care; Which in turn means that the CHO is breaching the act, which we are to follow in order to protect the public. This issue needs to be dealt with immediately and cannot wait because it endangers the public. Whether it was a simple oversight on the CHO's part or deliberate, it is not acceptable. Lastly, please consider sharing this and/or consider helping to promote the petition so that it will be spread further? There is a red button on the right hand side to do so. Shout out to one smart and kind homeopath for helping me with that issue! :)
