Did you know a new survey found that 900,000 nurses have plans to leave bedside by 2027? Most have plans to leave the healthcare workforce because of stress and burnout. What if we can lessen that number by making safer work conditions? Ohioans deserve to have experienced healthcare professionals at bedside and I believe our legislators can help with that.
Help us secure safe staffing legislation. If you can't show up on May 11th, someone else might be able to. So please share details on your social media. I am hopeful we won't need to do this again next year. �
