The NHS clearly doesn't work very well on occasion. Families are having to set up petitions to obtain basic treatment. I am unclear why the powers that be aren't simply reassessing the situation and sorting this out. That would be too simple in the paper mountain created for these things. No doubt the Department of Health spends its time sitting on this paper mountain making paper aeroplanes. Maybe the petition below will shake them into reality.
