Last night was a huge success with Chef Nelly Robinson and his staff at Nel restaurant cooking up a ‘lime’ inspired seven course meal, to help raise awareness and fundraise for Lyme disease. The inspiration behind the event is Robinson’s best friend, Kirk Haworth, co-owner and chef at the Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in the UK, who contracted the disease while in Australia. The funds raised will help the LDAA continue its vital role of assisting people affected by Lyme disease/Lyme-like illness. We’re truly thankful to have such wonderful support. Pictured are Chefs Nelly and Kirk and LDAA representatives Marie and Lisa.
