The purpose of this campaign is prevention. Helping to prevent head injuries in any way we can, and this is a start! I hope that by doing this we can spark conversations, education on head injuries in contact sport, and help players.
As I said before, but maybe I didnt emphasis it enough, as when I received some feedback it wasn't made clear to some, I am not under the impression headguards stop every head injury or case of concussion, but I do think if you can help to prevent it which in some cases it can, why not push for it to be mandatory, we could talk about it in the same respect as gum shields.
