Marine parks with some sanctuaries means that marine organisms increase in numbers and in diversity, which helps them recover from large scale threats like warming oceans. More fish, sea horses, and turtles ia also better for us, especially those who swim, kayak, snorkel, surf, dive and explore rock platforms. If we do not take this step, Sydney's marine life will continue to deplete, fish stocks will drop and our children and grandchildren will be denied the enjoyment of our blue backyard that we have experienced.
