Problem
Gaining Approval for this project to go ahead. Traffic on bells line of road toward north richmond is chaos, and has been like this for quite some time. it’s time to make a change.

Solution
By signing this petition, and spreading awareness of how the public feels about this issue , there may be greater consideration into implementing and moving forward with this project.
