Tony and my mom are currently in Greece awaiting the Hague hearing November 1st which she has put in for a postponement. he went a week early so he could try to see his son and spend some time with him. his attorney in Greece notified her attorney that he will be coming with the dates and requested a visitation agreement while he is there. He requested that Tony be able to see his son four hours a day and an overnight Friday to Saturday. Of course she denied that and gave him one and a half hours a day and a 15-minute phone call. The first day they met at a Play Place Tony spent the entire time playing with his son. Oggy was so excited to see him jumping all over him kissing all over him etc. When his mother said it was time for them to go Tony was saying goodbye to Oggy telling him he had to go home and go to bed and get ready for school. Oggy got very upset he started crying saying no he didn't want to go he wanted to stay with his daddy. As his mother try to take him from Tony Oggy swatted at her and her mother and ran and hid crying for his daddy. Augie's mother told Tony to make it easier and just walk away and leave, Tony said I'm not going to leave my son while he's screaming for me let's go out to the car and I will talk to him and I will put him in the car seat. She didn't allow that either. The next day they were supposed to meet at the same play Center, Tony and my mom arrived and waited for an hour and a half she didnt show. His lawyer received an email from her lawyer and contact Tony saying that she is not allowing him to see him the rest of the time he is in Greece because Tony cause the scene at the play center by not leaving when Auggie threw a fit. According to the police, the embassy, and Tony's lawyer in order for Tony to get any kind of visitation while he is there he will have to file for a court hearing that will cost $1,600 he is already used all of our donation money to pay for court on November 1st for the Hague hearing. (apparently visitation can't be decided at the Hague hearing according to his Greek attorney.) It's absurd that we have to go through all of this and that our government is doing nothing to help. The state department the FBI the Senators the US government has the power to force Greece to follow the Hague treaty. They are in violation of the Hague treaty and our US government has done nothing about it. I hate to ask this question but we need help we need to come up with $1,600 today so he can try to get some time with his son while he is in Greece. Please use the link below for donations. Thank you so much for your continued support.
