Amend Act 195, the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission, Kana`iolowalu

The Issue

The definition of Native Hawaiian (50% under federal law) is changed in the state law to one drop. Furthermore, the "New Native Hawaiian" anywhere in the United States can vote to create our Hawaiian nation. There is no guarantee that the benefits of the 50% Hawaiians (leaseholds from DHHL and ceded lands revenues) will be maintained. Section 3 - The Purpose Clause of Act 195 is so broad any laws affecting Hawaiians can be changed to promote Act 195. The validity of the roll is questionable as the review time is very limited and no genealogists are perusing the list.
