This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Councillor Graham Williamson, two Highways Inspectors and local residents. The daily impact on the lives of the residents of Cherry Tree Lane was discussed, the constant heavy trafic, the poor road conditions, the vibrations due to the heavy traffic, the damage to properties and future increase in traffic due to the development of Beam Park. The Highways Inspectors agreed that the only way forward was to resurface Cherry Tree Lane. The next step is for the Highways Inspectors to put the resurfacing of Cherry Tree Lane in to the 'Highways Programme' for funding and raise its priority to start the resurfacng project.

For ease, the Highways Inspector and Councillor Graham Williamson agreed that any further updates and communication will go through Councillor Graham Williamson who has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks for all your support! - Frank
