We transformed the side of a dull and often “tagged” pebble dashed side wall of my building into an art piece of a local And  world wide exhibiting artist Ryan Callanan (RYCA). 

The council have tried to make us apply (£££) for planning permission for an “advert” , this isn’t an advert , it meets NO criteria for an advert. 

We have tried to explain this. 

We are now about to be prosecuted for this “ADVERT”
