What a crazy 23 hours it has been!  I started this yesterday at around 8:30am when I was talking to a few people about how Mattress Mack has such strong support after the grit he has shown for the Astros.  I mentioned that it would absolutely fire the stadium up if he came out and threw the first pitch.  SO I said "I'm going to start a petition and see if I can get the idea to the right people".

I sat down in my office and wrote it up and posted it...

Well here we are...the petition stands around 88k right now.

The capacity of the stadium is around 41k.

So imagine more than 2 full stadiums of people saying WE WANT MACK!

Let's keep it going!  We have another full day and a half to get it done.

Send this to everyone, and maybe the people that can make it happen will make it happen. With how divided we can be at times...this is a great way to come together and realize that we have so much more in common!
