Well…, April has been a rollercoaster of a month, and so has this campaign for Disneyland’s entertainment department to bring the most beloved LGBTQ+ couple to the parks for next month’s hard ticketed event.
Especially since, the move for Owl House characters to potentially be present of this year’s event would be a massive W, to take notes from their rival park Universal Studios Hollywood just less than an hour down the road, which hosted their very first Fan Fest Nights event featuring activities based on Harry Potter (…), Back to the Future, Dungeons & Dragons, Star Trek, a meet and greet with Yoshi, Glinda & Elphaba from Wicked making their first appearance in the park, and two beloved anime series, Jujutsu Kaisen in the form of the 3D show making its North American debut and One Piece in the form of photo ops and meet and greets with Luffy and his gang.
Speaking of which, I think Luz and Amity being at Pride Nite at Disneyland would be the perfect comparison from the special appearances from One Piece characters at Fan Fest at the other park in Los Angeles, as both One Piece and Owl House are highly beloved by millions.
