As my readers know, Article 50 can be reversed by the UK Parliament. BREXIT will be thrown out and the UK can get back on the path to prosperity and continue to be part of a great collection of Nations. Now the EU isn't perfect and it might get worse without the UK. Remember the EU was originally set up to harness the power of Germand after two disastrous World Wars. A Third World War out of Europe looks unlikely today thanks to the EU. But with dangerous people occupying the heads of States such as USA, Russia, North Korea, Venezuela, Syria etc. etc. the EU needs to be more cohesive today than ever before. In a speech at an Open Britain event in London cited by 'The Independent' newspaper, Lord Kerr the author of Article 50 said: “The fact is that a political decision has been made, in this country, to maintain that there can be no going back." “Actually, the country still has a free choice about whether to proceed." “As new facts emerge, people are entitled to take a different view. And there’s nothing in Article 50 to stop them." “I think the British people have the right to know this – they should not be misled.”A string of European politicians including French President Emmanuel Macron, Irish Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and President of the European Council Donald Tusk have indicated that the “door remains open” if Britain wishes to change its mind.
