Support is growing for the short statement in my title...short but not without consequences. My depression increased last week as I heard Davis Davis, the UK's Head of Brexit, address House of Lords select committee. His sunny smile belied the menace of utter stupidity and confusion beneath. But as the weekend starts, it seems the former chief of staff to Davis, Jeremy Chapman has seen the drastic consequences of Brexit. He tweets 'Let's be honest, if we had an effective electoral law leading Brexiteers would now be in jail'. As my readers know the first inside would be liar Boris Johnson followed closely by racist, Trump confidant, Nigel Farage. Chapman suggests, as I have of argued, the need for a new Party or combination of existing sympathetic MPs to provide a voice to anti-Brexiteers that has so far been sadly lacking in the UK House of Commons.
