Signs of UK collapse are everywhere and the UK is still IN the EU. According to the FT, the UK's Central Bank published its August Inflation Report where Mr Carney said that Brexit uncertainty “weighs on the decisions of businesses and households and holds down both demand and supply”. He added that some companies were already delaying decisions about investments and entering new markets. The level of investment in the UK economy is now expected to be 20 percentage points lower in 2022 than the BoE had forecast before last year’s EU referendum.
