I take no pleasure in my predictions of a year ago coming true. And sorry to say the UK 'aint seen nothin' yet! The only good thing about bad news coming now is that Britain's Parliament has time to act, or a new one elected, before the real rot sets in and it can start concentrating on real problems and not self-inflicted ones. My favorite aphorism is 'rules are meant for the guidance of wise men and the observance of fools'....where stand Johnson, May, Gove, Davis, Corbyn, McDonnell now? It seems the 'Cable' brings in the realism the UK so sorely needs and dare I mention Tony Blair?
