"Power Rangers" fans are in mourning at the loss of actor Jason David Frank, a.k.a. Tommy Oliver the Green Ranger and the White Ranger on "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", Zeo Ranger Five: Red on "Power Rangers Zeo", the original Red Turbo Ranger on "Power Rangers Turbo" and the Black Dino Ranger on "Power Rangers: Dino Thunder".  Mr. Frank was only 49 years old.  Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out to Mr. Frank's friends, family, co-stars, and fans during this difficult time.
