Michelle Bennett of Connecticut was only charged with a misdemeanor, for the death of B.J. She did not feed him or give him water and knowingly left the dog outside in subzero temperatures. She told Hartford PD that she knew B.J. had died, because he was not barking. 

B.J. was found “frozen solid” and severely underweight. 

This cannot go overlooked!!! She needs to be in jail for animal abuse and neglect. Let’s get this petition going!!
