Harrow Viewpoint Carpark

Harrow Council have opened the carpark with unsociable hours. The carpark opens at 8am and closes at 4pm. How does this help the public who want to make full use of this area. 

For all those walkers, dog walkers and people who just want to come and enjoy the views sign this petition to help get the hours of closing changed.

A public notice placed states the carpark to remain open until 11:30pm daily and yet the closing times still remain 4pm.
