Revised plans are posted for comment on the Harrow Council planning portal for application P/1940/16 by Tuesday 28th, a three week period, despite there being 125 documents posted, and some key documents having file errors not allowing a download. The new picture for the petition is the closest we have to provide you with an indication of what is being proposed. The different focal lengths are not considered material to the overall impact being demonstrated.
