Any new Harrow School Sports Centre will be subject to a Community Use Agreement, the first draft was issued and it has a life of 10 years with no renewal clause. The current sports centre has been around for over 30 years. The same owners own John Lyon School. We are told that those sports facilities we over commercialised and were then closed to residents. Councillor Ferry said we need facilities in the South of the Borough but it appears that the Council cannot be trusted to deal effectively with the owners of Harrow School. What do you think?
