Just a quick update to say that the planning decision was deferred. A motion to refuse was narrowly defeated by Councillor Keith Ferry choosing to use his casting vote to defeat it. The vote for deferment was 6 for and just Councillor Keith Ferry against. So, the fight goes on and we'll update you shortly. Thanks to all supporters for making this possible.
