There is also an important principle at stake here about the ability to swap Metropolitan Open Land (MOL) which can apply to all MOL and also to all Green Belt (which carries the same planning status as MOL). The swap proposed is a private garden spur, hidden from the public and surrounded by tall buildings. It is not appropriate and is just a re-labelling as the garden is already a protected space, and it will now be enclosed. Please oppose this for the sake of all potential future MOL or Green Belt swaps.
