Eight years later, this petition is more important than ever, as I am faced with having to relocate with my 86 year old mother (turning 87 in November) to this retirement community called Ella Springs; http://www.ellasprings.com, which I really don't want to do.  She and my father are of retirement age, I am not, and besides, it would be another two years before I could get my own residential suite living quarters there, when I turn 55 in October 2026!   Sure, they may have their activities director whom I met back in July 2024 named Brett Herrmann, who leads activities such as karaoke and is also a musician, chiefly a guitarist, but still I wouldn't get to play my very expensive musical instrument inventory as often as I would like there, especially my Ludwig drum kits and Paiste (pie-stee) cymbals, sounds, gongs.  My feeling is that rights of mine that I can't articulate would get taken away, especially being able to be loud, music being played that way included, and being loud is what Mom and I would get kicked out of the retirement community for if we are not careful!  Such residential suite living is too cramped for my taste, and I prefer staying under my present house roof, because things such as playing my music loud are what I could get away with here, unlike in retirement community suite space living!
