We would just like to take the time to thank each and every one who has signed, shared, and donated to this petition. Im sorry there have been no updates recently! Virginia Department of Corrections continues to use the preventative measures already in place to stop contraband from entering facilities across the state. This shows that the tampon ban for female visitors that was suspended until further review by secretary Brian Moran isn't needed. There was also a drug sting at Red Onion State Prison that involved correctional officers that was taken down. There still have been no changes to visiting policies that could make visits more family friendly which we continue to push for.
