Clarifying the petition

We've received so much support the past few days regarding the use of feminine hygiene products and we're grateful for every signature we get. For those who may not have read the petition before signing it, it also covers other concerns we have when visiting our loved ones such as the unhealthy food choices in vending machines and incarcerated parents not being able to hold their children when they visit. The petition does include concerns about female visitors being asked to change their sanitary napkins out with one issued by the facility before entering the visiting room which was a previous issue before VADOC started the tampon ban. We just wanted to inform you, our supporters what else the petition consisted of in case you werent aware. We appreciate your continued support and help in bringing a voice to those who need it.
