A legal challenge?

I have just had a short interview with radio station Heart Essex who will be running the story as a news item tomorrow. I tried to get across all the relevant points as to why the Injunction should be rescinded. With the help of Caz Spencer-Boulton and 24:7 Criminal Defence we are looking to crowdfund a barrister to take legal action to challenge the injunction through the court so would be grateful if you could continue to share the petition to help raise further awareness. Any suggestions as to the best way to continue to promote the petition and organise crowdfunding gratefully received. Any excess funds will be donated to nominated motorcycling charities. A reminder of the relevant points in this case; 1. The Injunction is a legal document ordered by a court. No apology or explanation by Harlow council or Essex Police will change the fact that the wording of the Injunction is legal and any motorcyclist riding in convey through the designated area in Harlow will be in Breach of the Injunction and open to prosecution. 2. As it currently stand the Injunction is in breach of road users Human Rights. It is vague, unreasonable and not proportionate. 3. The Essex Police statement suggests that road users from outside the area have no right to complain. The motorcyclists and other road users in Harlow and other areas are concerned as it will be likely that other towns will seek similar injunctions in the future. 4.
