The world of work is the world of people, of dignity, of opportunity, of hope. The COVID-19 pandemic has shattered that world. 

Every worker, every business and every corner of the globe has been hit. Others are struggling to open up their economies and facing the threat of a dangerous reversal of progress. 

This is not just about economic (money or wealthness) but also about human life. After what happened on 6th April 2020 and 19th June 2020, this case showed us that the hotel operator are anti-criticism. They been warn by their staff that the Covid-19 virus is unusual for its virulence—it kills as many as 5% until 20% of those who catch it but they won't listen to her, instead disfellowshipped. This incident is one of the evidences that the workplace bullying still occurs.

Furthermore,by 31st July Bali tourism will open for domestic and by 1st September will open for international. But let’s be clear: it’s not a choice between health or jobs and the economy. They are interlinked. A company's responsibility is not just about paying an employee's salary, but to maintain a good name, respect and safety of employees. As this is hospitality industry, guest health and safety have to be on their priority either.

Hand in hand, we fight together against the Ignorance of Human Right Violations during Covid-19 Global Pandemic from the hotel operator. Let's be the voice of humanity not only for Bali but also for the world to control this global pandemic.

To date, though, the hotel operator has not responded. Please keep support us to get the real people power for the petitions until they agree to have meeting with us and settle this case wisely as a Family.
