ANOTHER quick update from SCT&W...

The court has approved yet another continuance. August 18th is off the table. NOW WE ARE WAITING UNTIL NOVEMBER 17, 2023 for a motion from the court concerning the future of 133 Essex- its land, birds, fauna, farm and critical watershed!

Our campaign to save this land continues to work hard behind the scenes. It is our hope that this further delay may be a positive for SCT&W. Clearly, through mediation both the Planning Board and the developer can not come to a final agreement. We continue to believe the Planning Board will  not back down from their unanimous denial of the permit. AND YES, we are hopeful and will hang on longer- however long it takes to SAVE 133 ESSEX!
