Our concerns are as follows:

Chebacco Hill Capital Partners LLC  (Larry Smith of Restoration Capital) has applied to the Hamilton Conservation Commission for the following: 

1. They want to drill through jurisdictional wetlands to run sewer pipes
2. They want to cross jurisdictional wetlands 
3. They want to extend the water main along Chebacco Road- most likely to extend those sewer pipes from a leaching field they are planning for behind Meadowbrook Farm all the way to the street
