The funding cuts proposed by Halton Borough Council is not just ethically wrong but morally wrong.... it also goes against the governments own legislation on the Every Child Matters (2003) and The Children’s act (1989 & 2004). These legislations state that every child no matter the background deserves a right to a fair education and against prejudice. By removing the funding it is giving inequality to children of all needs! These cuts need to be stopped to help children succeed!
