Here we go again. For the third time over the past year plus we have received notification that the Garfield County Planning Commission meeting is on.
The Planning Commission will hear concerns related to the Spring Valley Ranch PUD Amendment on October 22nd at 6 PM in the Ascent Building, Rm 100 of the Spring Valley Campus of CMC, 3000 County Road 114, Glenwood Springs, CO. 81601.
All Attendees will have an opportunity to voice their opinion to the Planning Commission.
If you would rather not speak in public, please donate your speaking time to another attendee when you sign into the meeting.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing either in-person or via Zoom.
Check the Garfield County Community Development website closer to the meeting for further information on the online option.
To show our commitment we must “pack” the room, preferably in person.
**The Staff Packet/Final Report will be available on the Garfield County Community Development website a few days prior to the meeting. This is the information that is shared with the Planning Commissioners on which they base their decision.**
