The Garfield County Planning Commission Meeting addressing the Spring Valley PUD Amendment takes place 


Wednesday, April 9th, at 6:00 pm in the County Administration Building, 108 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Meeting Room 100. 

In-person and Zoom attendance will be available.  Check the Garfield County Community Development website for further information. 

All are welcome to attend this public hearing regarding the Spring Valley Ranch PUD Amendment Substantial Modification.  

Attendees will have an opportunity to voice their opinion to the Planning Commission.  

If you would rather not speak in public, donate your speaking time to another attendee when you sign into the meeting.

**The Final Report and Staff Packet will be available by April 3rd on the Garfield County Community Development website.  This is the information that is shared with the Planning Commissioners on which they base their decision.**


 We must “pack” the room, preferably in person, to show our commitment.

Community involvement is essential for a positive outcome.
