IMPORTANT UPDATE: The meeting of the Garfield County Planning Commission to review the Spring Valley Ranch (SVR) Substantial PUD Amendment scheduled for 9/25/24
***HAS BEEN CANCELED***
On 9/16/24 the Spring Valley Coalition Received the following notice: "Due to a late referral request from the Garfield County Planning Department received on September 11, the Spring Valley Ranch PUD Amendment review by the Planning Commission has been canceled and will rescheduled for a future date; the date is uncertain at this time."
Storied Development requested the cancellation indicating that they needed more time to review a 3rd party water report commissioned by the Planning Commission.
Although it is disappointing, that the presentation will be delayed, time is on our side. This delay gives the Coalition community additional time to prepare it's objections.
We will be given 30 days' notice when a new date and time are selected.
We request everyone stay in close contact and to continue to rally support throughout the community for the opposition to the Spring Valley Ranch PUD.
We will spread the word when new information is available.

*Be ready and available when the planning commission meeting is rescheduled.
