The city council meeting voted 3-2 and approved the rezoning. The two members who voted against the proposition are Ken Gilbert and Linette Matheny. The three members who approved it are Shawn Fletcher, Kolby Urban, and Nathan Blackwell. However, there's still a chance that it can be denied during the next phases of planning such as during the land inspections and drainage, etc. It's not over yet!
