You have till the February 23rd to fill out the OPT- IN /pay smart mls for keeping Matrix on your dashboard. The add/edit button is the only operation that will only function in the connect app. See below reply from Smart MLS.
Good News for Matrix Fans
After more than a year of negotiations with Matrix vendor CoreLogic, we have successfully negotiated contract terms allowing us to continue to offer our current Matrix system (except for Add/Edit functionality) on an opt-in basis. Those Members that wish to continue using Matrix may now do so for an additional fee of $10.00 per Month.
Any Member wishing to continue using Matrix beyond February 26, 2024 must complete the Matrix Opt-In form no later than 5:00PM EST on Friday, February 23, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE: Starting on February 27th all adding and editing of listings can only be done in connectMLS regardless of whether you choose to continue using Matrix as a secondary MLS option.
