We believe with a bit of care the QEII hospital expansion and Halifax's street trees along Robie, Bell Road and Summer Street can co-exist simply by moving the building back from the edge. Unfortunately the Premier, Mayor and local Councillor aren't providing evidence that they're working together to make this happen. So please add your name to ~1900 other citizens and sign the petition to stop the cut. Then help spread the word. And to show we can't take any street trees for granted, why not tie a ribbon around your favourite one(s)?
