The First and Last services that are being withdrawn form part of TFW’s contractual minimum service which can only be altered by (or on behalf of) the Cabinet Secretary for Transport.  This means that the Welsh Government has the authority to block the withdrawal of these services.  Please share and comment if you will be adversely impacted by these changes and want the Welsh Government to stand by their policies to increase and improve public transport
