The final decision will be with the Labour Government soon! On 12 December 2025 - just five weeks - the Planning Inspector will submit their report and recommendations officially marking the handover point in the planning enquiry process to the relevent government ministers - most likely Steve Reed and/or Matthew Pennycook.
