We Did It! Over 2 Million Steps and £1600 Raised!

What an incredible result from our 'Walk, Well-being, Wildlife' day last Sunday! We came to you with a goal of walking 1 million steps to show the strength of feeling for protecting Cosmeston, and the response was simply overwhelming.

Thanks to you, we didn't just meet our goal—we more than doubled it.

A Staggering 2,110,140 StepsWalked: Your collective energy completely smashed our original target!
400+ Local People: More than 400 of you stepped up, walking with us—sometimes in heavy rain—to make your voices heard.
£1600+ Raised in a Single Day: Thanks to every penny you donated and the incredible £1-for-£1 match funding from two generous donors, we gave our campaign fund a vital boost.
The energy on Sunday was significant and so encouraging. It was a day of positive, peaceful action where our community came together to defend the wildlife and well-being haven that is so precious to so many.
