The Town of Cochrane will soon send Heidelberg’s proposal for the concrete batch plant to the Planning Commission.   If approved, the plant will be built near your homes and the Bow River.
⚠️ Petitions matter — but individual emails and photos are what decision-makers review.
Please email the Town by Feb 5 and share, in your own words:
What it’s like living near the existing gravel pit
How a batch plant could worsen impacts
Your concerns (dust, noise, traffic, air quality, health, safety, etc.)
