📣 Have You Experienced Noise, Dust, or Traffic Issues Near the Gravel
Pit? It’s Time to Report It.

Heidelberg Materials claims they've received only two complaints in the past year as part of their justification to build a concrete batch plant in our community. Yet, many residents experience ongoing issues daily.

If we don’t report it, it’s like it never happened. Now more than ever, every complaint counts.

✅ What to Watch and Report:

🌫️ Dust in the air or on your property

🔊 Loud or persistent noise from crushers or trucks

🕖 Hours of Operation – Report any activity before 7 AM or after 10 PM

🚛 Heavy/unsafe truck traffic near residential streets or schools

🌊 Odors, runoff, or spills into the Bow River

🐟 Impacts on wildlife, river health, or air quality

✅ Who to Report To:

✅ What to include in your report:
🕒  Date & time – When did it happen?
📍  Location – Be as specific as possible
📝  What happened – Describe the issue clearly
📷  Evidence – Photos, video, noise, or a quick log
👥 Impact – How did it affect you, your family, or the environment?

🛑 Why It Matters:

Heidelberg is telling decision-makers that residents aren’t concerned. Let’s prove them wrong with facts and numbers.

Report it. Document it. Speak up. Every report strengthens the case to stop the batch plant. Even small incidents matter when they add up.

Let’s protect our air, water, peace — and our future quality of life.
