NEW PETITION FOR YOU TO SIGN - Please Help Us!
We have also started a petition that we plan to present to the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario, proposing new legislation that establishes a minimum distance between shelters and schools, children’s playgrounds, and senior’s residences. For this petition to be accepted, we must have the original copy, including names, full address (including postal code), and signature. Any resident of Ontario is eligible to sign this petition, with no age restrictions. ( yes, your kids can and should sign it) - please, print a copy of the petition, sign your names , get your friends and neighbours to sign it and then email us so we can collect it from you - we need originals )

We are also in the process of setting up a non-profit at the recommendation of a lawyer we have been in early talks with. Creating a non-profit will help us further our mission to have the city rethink the shelter at 66 Third Street.
