First and foremost, I would like to thank our early adopters of this petition! We will not succeed unless we have support from the community, it takes a village and in this case quite literally. We are close to 100 signatures our next goal is 500.

Our principal, Mrs. McEchron has sent a letter from the Air Quality district in charge of our area giving us an opportunity to comment on the project. If you are interested in reading the letter check your seesaw account.

Regarding the public notice sent forth in relation to above said permit. We the people wish to contest such project referencing concerns pursuant to California regulation code Title V and Education code 17213 and 17251 (b) and Sections of the California Health & Safety code

I kindly request for a public hearing to allow all parents to voice our concerns in the matter. The construction of the business directly adjacent to the school poses high risks to our children both in health & safety and we would like to voice those directly to this board.
