I can’t tell you what to put, because if they get 3,000 emails all saying the same thing they’ll count it as one.
Maybe describe how it will refer you from using local shops as you will go to where you can park for free
Maybe describe how it will put you off using the library.
Maybe describe how it will make people park more on yellow lines
Maybe explain why you do short trips, and why this will put you off using the village - prescriptions, loaf of bread, whatever
Maybe describe how you go in for an hour to feel less stuck at home.
