Excerpt from Testimony: Unfortunately at around the same time, wireless meters, bearing some similarity to smart meters, were installed and activated in our apartment complex as part of a sub-metering project to allow our landlord to start charging tenants for water and sewer usage. My headache returned in the new apartment, but now I also experienced a pronounced lack of energy and concentration, very reduced productivity along with very loud ringing in my ears. I felt ill all the time.…except whenever I left home for a day or overnight, when I would once again feel well, energetic and productive.….until my return home again.
