Is WI Public Service Commission above federal law? November 7, 2013 The question has come up: Does (or should) the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin have the power to formally evade and omit recognition that a customer complaint is based on a federal law? Whether or not they are supposed to, the PSC is currently totally censoring any reference to the Americans with Disabilities basis for my customer complaint in their final decision for case 6690-148467. I am requesting a non-transmitting analog meter replacement from Wisconsin Public Service for the radiofrequency-emitting gas meter on my house and property due under the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.
